Manufacturer & Exporter - Desu Plastic Technology (Shanghai) professionally supplies all kinds of Rigid PET Sheet,PET Plastic are usually divided into APET, PETG, GAG and RPET. PET Plastic Sheet are mainly used for thermoforming, vacuum forming & blister packaging. for product quality, our PET products have passed a variety of international certifications and obtained relevant certificates like ISO, RoHS, SGS,FDA and GRS. Desu Tech's PET Sheet are exported to 40+ countries Distribute in America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia etc.

Product Specification:
Excellent thermoforming properties: PETG sheet is easy to produce products with complex shapes and large stretch ratios. Moreover, unlike PC sheet and impact modified acrylic, this sheet does not require pre-drying prior to thermoforming. Compared with PC sheet or acrylic, the molding cycle time is shorter, the temperature is lower, and the yield is higher. Toughness: PETG sheet extrusions are typically 15 to 20 times tougher than general-purpose acrylic and 5 to 10 times tougher than impact-modified acrylic, and PETG sheet has sufficient tolerance during processing, transportation and use to help prevent breakage. Weather Resistance: PETG sheet provides excellent weathering resistance. It maintains the toughness of the product and prevents yellowing. It contains UV absorbers that can be co-extruded into a protective layer, which protects the sheet from the harmful effects of UV rays. Easy processing: PETG sheets can be sawed, die-cut, drilled, punched, sheared, riveted, milled, and cold bent without breaking. Minor surface scratches can be removed with a hot air gun. Solvent bonding is also a routine operation. It is easier to process than general-purpose acrylic, impact-modified acrylic or PC sheet, and can be flocked, plated, electrostatic and other processing. Excellent chemical resistance: PETG sheet is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and commonly used cleaning agents. Environmentally friendly: PETG sheet substrates are all environmentally friendly materials that meet food contact management requirements. Economical: It is cheaper than PC sheet and more durable than acrylic.PETG Sheet Roll Introduction
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol), also known as GPET, is an amorphous PET resin modified with cyclohexanedimethanol. Its melting point is relatively low, only 180℃~200℃. PETG sheet has the characteristics of APET sheet. At the same time, its biggest feature is outstanding thermoforming performance, easy operation and reliable quality during thermoforming. Compared with APET, PETG does not crystallize at a very high molding temperature. It is suitable for vacuum forming, even able to obtain complex geometric shapes. PETG has a wide processing range, high mechanical strength and excellent flexibility, high transparency, good gloss, easy printing and environmental advantages compared to PVC.
PETG Sheet Roll Advantage

PETG Sheet Roll Features
PETG products are highly transparent, tough, and suitable for forming thick-walled transparent products. PETG has excellent processing and molding properties and can be designed in any shape according to the designer’s intention, and can be processed into sheets to provide raw materials for blister, thermoforming, and vacuum forming industries, which are highly relevant to daily life.

PETG Sheet Roll Application
Used for a variety of commodity packaging, excellent transparency - Used for vacuuming into various shapes of trays - Used for hardware commodity packaging, the image of the inside of the display of goods, improve the grade of goods PETG price is high. Can be applied to blister packaging, electronic product packaging, packaging box windows, templates, partitions, printing and other aspects. But compared with PET, PETG has higher transparency, better chemical resistance, better oil resistance, and better weather resistance (yellowing) than PET.Widely used in Pharmaceutical packaging.
